When I was in Barcelona a friend invited me doing photographs of the famous cemetery «Cementiri del Poblenou». I’ll post some pictures later. Here I would share these ‘unexpected’ images that I took in this promenade :

Nice subject, and so many ways interpreting an appropriated representation. In my travel to Barcelona, a friend knowing my interest for doing photography in cemeteries invited me to the «Poblenou Cemetery (El Cementerio de Poblenou in Spanish, Cementiri de Poblenou in Catalan) is located in the neighborhood of the same name in Barcelona. It is sometimes called Barcelona General Cemetery East (Cementerio General de Barcelona, del Este). It is located in calle de Taulat, with the main entrance at Avenida Icaria.» (cf.Wikipedia)
Later I’ll posted others views of this interesting and aesthetically cemetery, but for the theme proposed Layers, Here my version :

I like visiting – with respect – cemeteries. I visited one in Percé last week. A little blue rose in tissue was a delicate symbol of affection on an old gravestone
