Weekkly Photo Challenge : Let There Be Light
Another magnificent subject: No other that the essential of Photography! The Portrait of Light!
I was a funny time picking the ‘good enough’ and trying to be just with my archives 🙂
Experiencing in macro-photography and close-ups
In my previous post today I mention that I used part of my time last Sunday experiencing with macro-photography. Was a beautiful time. Taken my old lens, and using the reverse ring. The more astonishing captures were with the old Nikon 20mm /f4. An Universe of abstractions opened to me from the more uncommon and extraordinary things : garlic skin, onion roots, little fragments of glass founded in the sand, a very little snail shell that fascinated me…I think you will agree …
Enjoy!
Macro photography with film cameras
Visiting some of the interesting sites about photography here in WP, I found one – «Mostly monochrome» – that inspired me going to my archives of pics taken with film cameras. Principally with Nikon or Olympus OM series. Logically takes time for scanning and re-dimension them but is a pleasurable moment. I’ll start this series with some nice macros taken with Nikon 55mm /2,8 macro lens, Nikon 200 mm/f4 or with tubes that I didn’t note values. I hope you enjoyed and could give me some critics or comments.
Artwork January_2013
